1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hong Ro, governing your use of Livestream AI. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Livestream AI.

2. What Livestream AI Is

Livestream AI is an entertainment platform that allows you to broadcast yourself, simulate influencer experiences, and interact with artificially generated audiences.

All followers, viewers, likes, gifts, comments, and interactions inside Livestream AI are generated by AI technology only.
No real human audiences are watching or interacting.
Livestream AI is a simulated experience for practice, entertainment, and personal enjoyment.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Livestream AI independently.
  • Users 13 years old or younger may only use the Service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Free and Paid Features

Free Tier

  • Broadcast sessions limited to 3 minutes per use.
  • Limited audience personalities available.
  • Ads may appear, including interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob.

Subscriptions

We offer subscription options through the App Store:

  • Monthly Plan: $6.99/month
  • Yearly Plan: $29.99/year

Subscribers receive:

  • Unlimited broadcasting time.
  • More audience personalities to choose from.
  • Removal of ads.
  • Larger and more dynamic AI audience.

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal fees are charged within 24 hours prior to expiration.

6. User Content and Recordings

  • You may broadcast live video, record, and export your content from Livestream AI.
  • You retain ownership of your broadcast content.
  • By uploading or streaming, you grant Hong Ro a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content as necessary for operating the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the legality of your content. Do not upload or stream content that infringes copyright, violates laws, or contains harmful or illegal material.

7. Subscriptions, Levels, and Virtual Gifts

  • Livestream AI offers subscriptions, influencer level upgrades, and virtual gifts.
  • Purchases are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
  • Consumable purchases (such as virtual gifts or level boosts) are non-refundable.
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We may adjust pricing or offerings at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Misrepresent Livestream AI as a real audience service.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service.
  • Upload harmful, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

Livestream AI, including its design, features, logos, AI systems, and all related intellectual property, belongs to Hong Ro or its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, resell, exploit, or create derivative works of Livestream AI without our permission.

10. Copyright Complaints (DMCA Process)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used within Livestream AI without authorization, send a notice including:

  • Your name and contact information
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The location of the allegedly infringing material
  • A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate
  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

11. Disclaimers

  • Livestream AI is provided "as is" and "as available."
  • We make no guarantees that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • No guarantee of fame or real influence is made or implied by the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Hong Ro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability to any User will not exceed the amount paid by that User in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hong Ro and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your uploaded content
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws

14. Service Changes and Interruptions

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Livestream AI at any time.
  • We may perform updates or maintenance, which can cause temporary interruptions.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflicts of law.
Courts of Washington shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
If you are in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, your local mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Livestream AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
